Thirty-eight women went into complete remission from depression during treatment, which for most was Forest Laboratories' antidepressant Celexa.

Forest supplied the drug and several study authors have financial ties to other antidepressant makers, but the study was funded by grants from the National Institute of Mental Health.

After the shooting, Coward told police that he and Graves argued over clothing that had been stolen from his van.

Coward said he had been selling clothing and footwear from his van.

During the argument, Graves went into his apartment and returned minutes later with a gun, which he pointed and fired at Coward, Coward said.

Coward said he pulled out his gun and ducked behind his van as Graves fired his weapon and neighbors scrambled for cover.

Eby ordered Graves to stay away from Coward and his family.

The judge gave Graves credit for the time he has already served in prison.

Graves has been in prison since his arrest about a week after the shootout.

Coward pleaded guilty March 23 to charges filed against him as a result of the shooting.

He is to be sentenced June 14.

At the time of his arrest, Coward was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and discharging a firearm into an occupied building, police said.
