“And she didn’t care if my baby died.” Five months pregnant, Gena Bowles, 29, took the witness stand in Hamilton Municipal Court Friday to describe the March 9 attack that left her fearing for her life and that of her unborn child.

The social worker told the court that she continues to suffer neck and shoulder pain from the incident in which Margaret L.

“She didn’t want me to come into her home,” Bowles said.

“She became agitated and poked me in the stomach and pushed me against the balcony.
