Police said Herring was angry after being kicked out of the club and fired at least one shot, which went through the club’s door and struck Johnson in the head.Authorities said he was arrested at his home a few hours after the shooting, but not before he pointed a gun at deputies.

He needs to come out and leave the handgun in the room."That wasn’t enough for Herring."Yeah, but what’s the warrant for?

That’s all I want to know," he says.Herring’s lawyer, Dick Harpootlian, said Herring wasn’t wearing his hearing aids and didn’t hear deputies knocking at the door."He ...

The former teacher still faces three years of house arrest and seven years probation in Hillsborough County, where she was charged.

In a plea deal there last November, she pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious battery.

The 25-year-old teacher was charged with having sex with the boy in a classroom and her home.

In another county, Marion, she was accused of having sex with the boy in an SUV.
