The social worker told the court that she continues to suffer neck and shoulder pain from the incident in which Margaret L. Moore, 47, 100 Race St., Apt. 4, allegedly attacked her as she attempted to investigate an allegation of child neglect at the home. “She didn’t want me to come into her home,” Bowles said. “She became agitated and poked me in the stomach and pushed me against the balcony. Then she threw me down on the balcony.” Moore then attempted to strangle her, Bowles testified. Bowles told the court that ...
