“Horrorween” Director Ed Meyer offers Chuck Lamb the Role that will make him a Star!

Los Angeles, CA – Tuesday, February 14th, 2006: The by-now well-known January 18th national appeal by Mr.

Chuck Lamb on “The Today Show”, and on his website at www.deadbodyguy.com has landed him a starring role in “Horrorween” www.horrorween.com .

Directed, written and produced by Ed Meyer, the horror movie spoof “Horrorween,” tells the story of Salvadore ba href=/dementia/a/b, Jr., a college student, endlessly looking for an easier way to make money to pay for tuition and partying, who strikes it rich, when a term paper that he wrote, falls into the wrong hands, inadvertently turning his entire family into instant dot com millionaires.

Lamb will be playing the part of Salvadore, Sr whose life is continuously threatened by Chinese Mafioso.

(Andrea Kucherawy Photo) When David Nixon began to have memory lapses as he was nearing retirement in 1999, he simply attributed them to stress.But as they became more frequent, the then-65-year-old, who was working for the government as a records analyst in Victoria, started looking for answers with his longtime partner, Ken Sudhues.

Finally, in late 2000, he was diagnosed with ba href=/dementia/a/b, a neurological disease that has no cure.

"It was bloody unfair," says Sudhues, who was 44 at the time.

Nixon, now 71, is not alone.

According to the Alzheimer Society of BC, 61,000 British Columbians have some form of ba href=/dementia/a/b, the most common of which is Alzheimer's disease.

ba href=/dementia/a/b is generally characterized by a loss of memory, judgment and reasoning, mood changes, and often affects a person's ability to function at work or perform the activities of daily life.

Nixon's diagnosis doesn't prevent him from living his life to the fullest, or from recalling the details of that full life.

Born in Vancouver, he moved east at a young age and spent most of his childhood in Ottawa.

At the age of 19, he became a cryptographer for the now-defunct External Affairs department of the Canadian government, a position that took him to places such as Cambodia, Germany, Indo-China and the Congo.
