The family, from Norfolk Close, Horley, were formally evicted on Friday morning by homeowners London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Surrey Police.

Three of the family had already been given anti-social behaviour orders, and at the eviction court hearing last month a judge said he believed that drug dealing had taken place at the property.

London & Quadrant Housing Trust's officer for Surrey, Jacqui Rixon, said: "They left of their own accord about 15 minutes before the bailiffs arrived and were outside the police station, swearing and shouting abuse.
