- // - Tuesday, March 28, 2006 The Passaic County Council on Alcoholism and ba href=/drug abuse/a/b Prevention will host a town hall meeting on preventing underage drinking at 7:30 tonight at the Brownstone, 351 West Broadway, Paterson.

Attendees will learn about the prevalence of underage drinking, how to talk to teenager about it, and its impact on the community.

"If you don't deal with underage drinking when it starts, kids will deal with it on their own," said the Rev.
