Sleep becomes problem for half of adults...ba href=/insomnia/a/b in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjing and Hangzhou in the past 12 months, found a recent survey on Chinese people's sleeping quality. The survey, covering 2,657 respondents, was carried out by a Chinese institution studying sleep to advocate healthy sleep the World Sleep Day. Among the six cities, Guangzhou ranks the highest with 68 percent of adults having ba href=/insomnia/a/b, and Tianjing the least with 44 percent, the survey said, according to the Guangzhou-based Times newspaper. ba href=/insomnia/a/b, the most common form of sleep disorder, is described as any episode of sleep that is not refreshing, with symptoms of, having difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakening, or waking up very early in the morning. Clinical research showed that about half of ba href=/insomnia/a/bcs have some form of mental disease, but only 21 percent of them were ever hospitalized. Nearly half of drivers lack sleep, said Jia Fujun, director of Guangdong psycho health institution. Experts said ba href=/insomnia/a/b is one of the underlying causes of a low-level health and can pose long-term risks to the body. Experts advise that simple tension-reducing measures, such as a warm bath or moderate exercise, often help to restore normal sleeping patterns.
