PME I, Class 06-5, will run at AMSC from June 12 - 22.

Department of Army civilians, grades GS-13 and 14 or equivalent, and military officers, majors and above, are eligible to apply for the program.

GS-12 and GS-15 personnel will be considered by exception.

Preference is given to those individuals who supervise or direct the work of other employees.

As part of the Army’s civilian leadership training common core, PME programs play an important role in Army leadership development.

PME promotes character and values as a vital part of the mission; expands leadership communication competencies; encourages networking and alliance building; applies lessons learned and new ideas to real-time results; and promotes mental and physical wellness.

The program effectively combines guest speakers, case studies, and informal assessments with personal and professional experiences.
