Women also serve in the capacities of city administrator, chief financial officer and city attorney.As Women's History Month concludes, the Des Moines West Register chose to feature a group of women who make a difference in the community they serve.These are the Women of Windsor Heights.She opened the door for other womenIt was at the request of a male friend that Pat Iles decided to run for City Council.
